We are happy to be very flexible.
Usually we will ask for departure by 10am and check
in around 2pm. But depending upon whether or not you
are following someone else in - this is flexible.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION
Full hot / cold air conditioning
(ultra modern ducted ceiling type).
Outside
Large balcony for dining, shared
pool of good size approx 15m x 10m.ceiling type).
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the
time of booking. The balance has to be paid six weeks
before arrival. On arrival a further £200.00 deposit
is required to cover breakages etc. This deposit is returnable
at the end of your stay.
Conditions
No pets are allowed. Smoking should
be done outside.
The flat is not suitable for children under 10 years
of age.
